If you're going for getting everyone's fourth character quests completed before reaching chapter 11 (third in the case of Muppy), there's really no need to read a guide for it. Simply visit everyplace you can on the first week of the term that you're able to freely walk around, which is usually the second week. The 'main events' that influence which character quests are available will be there the moment you meet the requirements for them, but the 'other events' which don't really influence anything, seem to have a small element of randomness to when they appear. Just try to keep everyone's character quest numbers relatively even, as in, do all of the first and second character quests before taking anyone's third quest, and then visit every location where an event is possible at the beginning of the term.
One thing to keep in mind and make this easier is that events don't occur in the faculty rooms, the infirmary, someone else's workshop, the Athanor Room, the Dungeon, Student Affairs, or the Student Store, so keep that in mind. Check all three classrooms, the empty room in the workshop hallway, the rooftop, and the incinerator area in the Campus Grounds, and then just enter/exit all of the main areas for every other location. Be sure when an event is activated that you leave and come back immediately, as often events can happen in the same location simultaneously (keeping leaving and coming back until there are no more events, I've gotten three in the Workshop one after another).
An interested fact that doesn't seem to be well-known is that if you get everyone's fourth (Muppy's third) character quests finished before chapter 11, and then save it on a separate slot just before picking the final character quest you want to complete, you can get everyone's endings in one playthrough and only have to replay the last 3 hours or so of the game. When you save a Clear Data after beating the game, load the Chapter 11 data, beat the game getting another ending, and 'save over' the original Clear Data with the new Clear Data, which will append (not overwrite) the information. This means you can get all of the Extras without playing through the game 8 times for all of the endings, you only have to play through about another 20 hours (chapters 11-12 seven times). That's quite an improvement over '200 hours', which is about what it would take normally, and honestly it's about the only option if you want to get everything as even perfectionists aren't going to play this game that long.
